Text messaging terms

Ask Sofia is an AI sales assistant operated by CondoGrid Inc. Real-estate developers use it to answer and follow up with people interested in their projects. These terms cover the text messages Ask Sofia sends on their behalf.

What you receive

• Replies when you text a project’s number or ask to be contacted by text.
• Confirmations and reminders for visits and calls you book.
• Brochures, floor plans and broker kits you ask for.
• Occasional updates about the project, only if you agreed to receive them.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting a project’s number, by asking a project’s assistant to text you during a conversation, or by giving your mobile number to a developer with consent to receive texts, for example on a form that says so. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation: most people receive a few messages about a visit or a request, and no more than a few project updates a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email yoann@asksofia.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
