How people agree to receive Ask Sofia Alerts
Last updated September 17, 2026
CondoGrid, Inc. texts a person only after they have ticked a box asking for it. There is one such box, in a person’s own account settings, unchecked by default and never required. This page shows its exact wording.
This box collects consent for one thing: notifications about that person’s own Ask Sofia account. There is no marketing option on it, no marketing consent is collected anywhere in Ask Sofia, and no marketing or promotional message is ever sent on this programme.
“Text me alerts” in Ask Sofia account settings
Someone with an Ask Sofia account opens Settings, types their own mobile number, and ticks a box that reads, in full:
I agree to receive text notifications about my own Ask Sofia account from CondoGrid, Inc. at this number. Account notifications only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of using Ask Sofia. Text Messaging Terms: asksofia.io/sms. Privacy Policy: asksofia.io/privacy.
The box is empty until they tick it, the button stays inactive until they do, and the wording they agreed to is stored with the date and their account. Turning the switch off in the same place stops the texts.
The first message
The first text they receive says:
CondoGrid: You're subscribed to Ask Sofia alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
What comes after
Only notifications about their own account, as described in our text messaging terms. Reply STOP at any time and they end with a single confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@asksofia.io.
Who sends them
CondoGrid, Inc., Miami, Florida. Ask Sofia is a product of CondoGrid, Inc.
