This policy explains what information Ask Sofia collects through this website, asksofia.io, and how we use it. It does not cover the Ask Sofia product used by our customers, which is governed by their agreement with us.

What we collect

• Demo requests. When you book a demo you give us your name, work email, company and, if you choose, your phone number, how many projects you have in sales and a message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your demo request to reply to you, arrange and prepare a demo, and follow up about Ask Sofia. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it for us

• Netlify, which hosts this website.
• Supabase, which stores demo requests.
• Resend, which delivers the email that tells our team about your request.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to talk with you about Ask Sofia and to keep a record of those conversations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by emailing yoann@asksofia.io.

Text messages

Ask Sofia sends text messages on behalf of the real-estate developers who use it, to people who contacted them or agreed to hear from them: replies to their questions, visit confirmations and reminders, requested brochures and broker kits, and, where they opted in, updates about the project. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
